There is no response when you click the Signature button in Outlook for two reasons. One reason is that the computer doesn't respond. Just restart the computer. The other is that you can't click the "signature button" because you haven't set the signature. The solution steps are as follows:

1. Open outlook on your computer.

2, click on the file

3. Click Options

4. Click on the email

5. Click on the signature

6. Click the new signature name.

7. Enter the e-mail signature

8. Click Save after setting.
