Does everyone have to sign the separation agreement?
You don't need everyone to sign.

The separation agreement shall be signed by the family representative, and the contents of the separation agreement shall stipulate the disposal of the property within the family and shall not violate the provisions of the law. If it involves a third person, it shall not confront a bona fide third person.

The circumstances under which the separation agreement can be overturned are as follows:

The agreement signed by 1. belongs to separate production. It belongs to the behavior that the parties voluntarily dispose of their own property, and parents generally distribute the property to their children. As long as the property division agreement is the will of the parties, it does not dispose of other people's property and does not violate the mandatory or prohibitive provisions of the law, and it will take effect when the parties sign it;

2. Notarization is not a necessary condition for the entry into force of civil agreements, but it can make civil agreements more effective after notarization. When there is a dispute in the court in the future, the court will generally adopt it as evidence directly without cross-examination, unless there is evidence to the contrary to prove that the notarization is wrong;

3. Although the property division agreement takes effect when the parties sign it, if the property involved in the property division agreement belongs to real estate or quasi-real estate, such as real estate, land, vehicles, etc., the effect of property right change will not take place until the property right is transferred and the change registration is handled. If the transfer registration is not handled in time after the property division agreement takes effect, although the agreement takes effect, the property rights remain unchanged, and the original property owner regrets and refuses to divide in the future, the property division agreement may still be owned by his parents.
