The overseas students sent by the unit or organization shall provide the certificate of public study abroad issued by the sending unit and the list of public study abroad students. The contents of the certificate of studying abroad by public school include the name of the public school project, the start-up time, the batch, the number and basic situation of the dispatched personnel, the name of the receiving institution outside the country (territory), the professional and academic organizations, etc. If pre-departure training for domestic organizations is involved, the training content (foreign language/basic courses/specialized courses/others), time, credit conversion, etc. shall be explained. Those who have obtained a higher education diploma before studying abroad and obtained a bachelor's degree on the basis of this, when applying for bachelor's degree certification, must submit the higher education diploma and the transcripts of the higher education diploma learning stage, all visas (or endorsements) and entry and exit records during the study period;
