After the candidates' exams are over, the provinces send the papers to the construction department. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for escorting all test papers to the marking office. The marking process is divided into different marking stages because of the difference between subjective and objective questions.
The marking process of objective questions is relatively simple. When marking papers, use a scanner or a special reader to quickly scan the answer sheet, and then the computer will automatically score against the standard answers.
The marking of subjective questions is complicated and divided into three stages:
One is to quickly scan the answer sheet with a scanner;
Secondly, according to the requirements of marking, the computer cuts the answers into pictures according to the combination of questions, and builds a series of files for each candidate with the serial number as the index and stores them in the server;
Thirdly, the server randomly distributes the answer pictures of each candidate to the terminal computer in front of the marking teacher who reviews the corresponding topic, and the marking teacher scores according to the scoring standard and inputs the results into the computer.
Notes on the answer sheet:
Matters needing attention in filling in the multiple-choice answer sheet:
1, read the notes or precautions in the answer sheet carefully, find out the accurate answer, and then use 2B pencil to black out the information points of the selected answer item under the corresponding question number in the answer sheet.
2, fill in the answer sheet, before drawing options, be sure to see the order of the questions on the answer sheet, don't put it wrong, don't draw or miss the picture. The answer sheet should be all black.
Matters needing attention in filling in the answer sheet of case analysis questions:
1, the answers to the case questions of practical subjects must be "seated in the right place", and candidates of Erjian must avoid this point. Many candidates make mistakes in this point every year, so avoid it! All papers within the marking line must be entered into the computer, and each marking teacher is only responsible for one question in the case, and the other questions are invisible, so everyone must read carefully when answering questions, and the answer is "sit in the right place".
2, neat handwriting: subjective questions need to be scored by the marking teacher, then the cleanliness of the paper will directly affect the score. In addition, neat handwriting is also convenient for marking teachers to find scoring points in the answers. Of course, you won't deduct points directly because of scribbled words, but if you can't see clearly what the whole answer is written, it must be zero.
3. Note to candidates: Please do not mark the answer sheet or the answer sheet, otherwise, the answer sheet will be invalid.
