Please read this carefully Admission instructions:
1. New students must register on September 1, 2013 (7:00--14:00) with the "Admission Notice".
Entrance education will be held on September 2, the time and location will be notified later.
Early check-in is not accepted.
Those who are unable to report on time for some reason must apply for leave in writing to the Graduate Studies Office and their department in advance, usually no more than two weeks.
Anyone who fails to register for two weeks overdue without consent will be deemed to have given up their admission qualifications.
2. Party members and league members have their own organizational relationships.
Party members in the Dalian area must handle party organization relations with an organizational relationship introduction letter issued by the county, district, bureau or above.

Party members from other cities and counties outside the Dalian area must hold an organizational relationship introduction letter issued by the city or county or above to handle party organization relations.

3. Household registration:
(1) According to relevant regulations, new students do not need to apply for household registration transfer.
After graduation, they must settle in with a residence permit issued by the graduates’ competent department. Proof of settlement.
(2) Freshmen from this province will not transfer their household registration;
(3) The transfer of household registration for freshmen from other provinces is voluntary;
(4) Fresh graduates from other universities in Dalian The household registration can be transferred to our school;
(5) Oriented students and trainee students will not transfer their household registration.
(6) If the household registration is transferred, on the household registration transfer certificate:
① The information must be filled in completely;
② The household registration category should be indicated, that is, "Agriculture" ” or “non-agricultural”;
“Birthplace and place of origin” should be specific to the province, city and county; marital status should be filled in truthfully;

IV. Tuition and boarding fees:
(1) Tuition fee standard: no tuition fee within the plan, 12,000 yuan/year outside the plan;
(2) Boarding fee Fee standard: 1,600 yuan/year (Note: Accommodation is optional. Those who do not want accommodation must submit an application to the Graduate Student Affairs Office via email (dwyjs2013@126.com) before July 18. (3) Tuition and dormitory fees are paid equally every year.
(4) The first-year tuition and dormitory fees must be deposited into the bank card designated by our school before August 15. 5. Bring the original and a copy of the "Admission Notice" (A4 paper) and 6 recent one-inch bareheaded photos when you register.
6. Fresh undergraduate graduates must bring the original and photocopy of their graduation certificate and degree certificate for review.
7. Bedding and daily necessities in the apartment are voluntarily purchased by freshmen (cost: 530 yuan), or they can bring their own.
8. Students can participate in either college student medical insurance or social medical insurance. The premiums are paid in one lump sum based on the number of years of study.
9. You can purchase half-price train tickets with the "Admission Notice". You are responsible for all expenses while attending school.
10. After admission, freshmen will be comprehensively reviewed morally, intellectually, and physically. Those who engage in malpractice during the application process or who do not meet the admissions requirements during the health review will be disqualified from admission.
11. Registration location: Registration office of each department on the playground of the new campus of Dalian University of International Studies (No. 6, West Section of Lushun South Road, Lushunkou District, Dalian City)
