Second, before the project starts, the supervision unit shall prepare the supervision plan and detailed rules for the implementation of supervision, and make clear the staffing plan of the project supervision organization and the chief supervision engineer, professional supervision engineer and supervision personnel according to the relevant provisions of the Code for Supervision of Construction Projects (GB503 19-20 13). Among them, the director and professional supervision engineer should sign in writing in the construction organization design or supervision planning and supervision rules (or record and file in the form of scanned electronic documents).

Three, the unit project inspection lot and subdivisional work should be organized by professional supervision engineer (or project technical director of the construction unit) to organize the project professional quality (technical) director of the construction unit to accept and sign for approval.

4. The person in charge of the project of the construction unit shall also sign and affix the official seal of the unit in accordance with the requirements of relevant state regulations, and indicate the year, month and future date of signing.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) Household acceptance of residential engineering quality and completion acceptance of unit engineering quality shall be entrusted by the legal person of the construction unit or legal person to organize relevant personnel to accept the contents involved in accordance with the relevant national construction acceptance specifications.
