Article 22 Storage accidents occur due to wrong receipt and wrong delivery of warehousing goods, illegal operations, improper storage and maintenance, or failure to promptly notify the owner of quality change information, resulting in deterioration, damage, shortage, contamination, etc. of the goods. If there is a loss, the custodian should report it to the district team in a timely manner, accept inspection and deal with it, and compensate for the economic loss in accordance with regulations.

Article 23 If any unit or individual who violates these Measures causes economic losses or adverse political impact, the person directly responsible shall be held accountable for administrative or criminal liability in accordance with the law.
