Undergraduate thesis (design) text layout (including Chinese and English titles, main text, citations, notes, Chinese and English abstracts, Chinese and English keywords) 2.1 Thesis title, major, students and instructors 2.1.1 For the paper title, use small 2 to 3 size fonts, the font should be Song Dynasty (or bold), and the title should be arranged in the center. When the thesis title has a small or large number of words, it will be handled according to the provisions of "2.3.3 Title Length and Line Change". 2.1.2 "Professional" is arranged in the format of "Professional", "Student" and "Instructor". Use size 4 in italics and place it directly below the title of the thesis (design), with a blank line between it and the title of the thesis (design). Center row. "Student □□□" and "Instructor □□□" are arranged in one line, using size 4 italics, below "Major", with an empty line between them and "Major" in the middle. If there are multiple teachers, they can be separated by ",". 2.1.3 Abstract format The abstract retells the main content of this paper in the form of excerpts or abbreviations. Requirements: Briefly excerpt the research purpose, methods, results and conclusions of this paper without comments; or briefly introduce the main content and progress made in this paper. When writing an abstract, you should pay attention to: objectively reflect the content of the original text, do not simply repeat the information already in the title, and focus on reflecting the new content and particularly emphasized points of the paper. The abstract should be written in the third person past tense (such as "studied...", "reviewed...", etc.; it should not be written as "this article", "our school...", etc.). The abstract is not divided into paragraphs and should be about 400 words. Use size 5 italics; the word "Abstract" is bold. 2.1.4 Arrangement of Subject Words (Keywords) Subject words are words or phrases that express the main content of a paper and are important retrieval points for the paper. Subject headings generally consist of 3 to 5 words or phrases. The subject words are extracted directly from the paper title or the text of the paper. The subject words should be placed on a new line after the abstract. The word level, font and format of the subject headings are the same as those of the "Abstract". There should be no blank line between the subject heading and the abstract; there should be one blank line between the subject heading and the text. 2.2 The layout of the main text should be horizontal, column-wide, and the text should be in Song font size 4. 2.3 Title arrangement Titles can be divided into chapters (level one), sections (level two), subsections (level three), etc. The font size of the minimum level heading should be the same as the font size of the main text. 2.3.1 The font level and font of the title (if there are many title levels, technical processing methods can be used to distinguish between 3-size fonts and 4-size fonts, such as blackening or not). Use small 3-size fonts for first-level titles. , the font should be Song Dynasty bold; the second-level title should be font size 4, and the font should be Song font bold (or bold); the third-level title should be small font size 4, and the font should be italic; the last level title should be small font 4 , the font should be Song type plus black (or bold type). 2.3.2 Titles occupy a line. The first-level title should have one line above and below it; it should be in the middle. The second-level title should have one line above it and should be in the middle. When the two-level titles are arranged consecutively, 1 to 2 lines can be saved. 2.3.3 Title length and line change When the title has a lot of text, it can be processed according to the close-packed title method, that is, no space is added between words. When the title has a small amount of text, it can be processed according to the sparse title method, that is, adding spaces between words. Generally speaking, there are two characters between two characters, one character between three characters, half a character between four characters, and no space between five characters and below. If the title text is two or more lines long, it can be treated as a multi-line title and should be changed to another line. Title line change: When the line length of the title text exceeds 4/5 lines of the main text, it must be changed to a line line, and the line change title text is centered. The title cannot separate word meanings when changing lines, such as names of people, places, countries, etc. Proper nouns cannot be disconnected, and function words, terms, symbols, etc. cannot be converted to the first character of the next line. In the case of subtitles, attention should be paid to the relationship and proportion between the topic and the subtitles. 2.4 Citation format The format of short sentence citations: the same as the main text. Large-block citation format: The entire quotation is arranged starting from another paragraph, and the beginning and end of each line are indented two spaces. There should be a blank line above and below the citation. Citation strain. Do not add quotation marks at the beginning or end of the quotation line. The first line of a poem, etc., may be set back four spaces or more. 2.5 Table formatting: Use size 5 (Song style) fonts for tables; use size 5 bold for table headers (names of tables). Each table should be numbered uniformly, and the number should be indicated in the corresponding place in the text. The table width cannot exceed the center of the page. For continuation tables (that is, tables that are not finished on one page and will continue on the next page), the words "continuation table" or "table × (continued)" should be added above the table that continues the row. If the continuation table is more than one page, then It is necessary to add words such as "Continuation of Table 1". If the table is larger, you can also use B4 paper to make a horizontal table, fold it according to A4 specifications, and then bind it into a book. 2.6 Picture Arrangement Hand-drawn drawings, photographs, computer-generated drawings, printed matter, and other color and black-and-white pictures should be clear, clear, accurate, and rich in layers.
