Third, there were not enough people on the day of the event. On the day of the event, the preparation of sound and the layout of the venue were obviously insufficient. On the day of the activity, most members of the student union of our department coincided with the examination class, and the students of the medical department were all in class, so there was not enough staff. The preparations for the event were too hasty, and the venue layout was slightly monotonous. In view of the problems existing in the above activities, the following solutions are formulated: First, in the future, such activities should be planned in advance and all preparations should be made in advance. Second, because our department has never held such an activity, it is not professional enough in the arrangement and selection of programs. In this kind of activities in the future, we should communicate with institutions with strong professionalism in this kind of activities, such as the Ministry of Literature and Art, and get their suggestions and help.
