7. Party A can adjust the wholesale price of products according to the changes of raw material prices. Notify Party B before ordering.

8. Party B shall fully master Party A's product knowledge, and Party A shall not bear any joint liability for any disputes with customers due to insufficient product knowledge in the sales process.
Party B shall be proficient in product knowledge. Party A shall not be jointly and severally liable for any sales dispute between the customer and Party B caused by this reason.
9. Before leaving the factory, Party A shall strictly check the product quality, and Party A shall be responsible for the delivery. If the product is damaged during transportation, Party A will hold the carrier responsible according to relevant regulations. Party B is not responsible.
Party A shall conduct strict quality inspection on all products before shipment. Party B is not responsible for any damage to the products during transportation; Party A shall claim compensation from the carrier according to regulations.
10. When Party B changes its sales place, account number and legal representative, it must notify Party A in advance.
