4. Both parties who voluntarily get married each fill out a "Declaration for Application for Marriage Registration" and sign in front of the marriage registrar;
5. The parties concerned read out their declarations, and the marriage registrar, as the administrator of oaths, signed in the oath administrator column;
6. The marriage registrar reviewed the documents, certificates, and certificates submitted by the parties. The declaration will be reviewed. If the marriage conditions are met, fill in the "Marriage Registration Review Processing Form" and the marriage certificate;
