The suspect needs to sign the summons certificate, and the family members need to sign the Notice of Summoning Family Members.

According to the requirements of "People's Republic of China (PRC) Criminal Procedure Law" and "Procedures of Public Security Organs Handling Criminal Cases", after summoning a criminal suspect to the public security organ, the public security organ shall indicate the time when the criminal suspect arrived at the public security organ, and sign the summons card to confirm the time when the criminal suspect left the public security organ after being inquired by the public security organ.
