1. Open "My Computer" and find "Tools" - "Folder Options".

2. "Folder Options" pops up, click to view.

A. Put a check mark in front of "Show the contents of system folders"

B. Remove the check mark in front of "Hide protected operating system files"

C. Select "Show all folders and files"

D. Remove the check mark in front of "Hide extensions of known files"

Click OK.

3. Open My Computer and find the following path:

C:\Documents and Settings\XPMUser\Application Data\Microsoft, where XPMUser is your login username. Find two folders under this folder: Outlook and Signatures. You need to copy these two folders and save them. You will need these two folders after installing the system.

4. Analyze the outlook folder

Configure Outlook on the computer after installing the system Configuration file, the name of the configuration file, as shown in Figure 2, must be consistent with the file name in the Outlook folder, as shown in Figure 1. The names of both pictures are Outlook. If the file name in the Outlook folder is Tony, then the name of the configuration file is also Tony.

5. After reinstalling the system or configuring Outlook on a new computer, first open Outlook and then close it.

Repeat step 1.2.3. Find the C:\Documents and Settings\XPMUser\Application Data\Microsoft path. XPMUser is your boot user name after installing the system. Overwrite the saved Outlook and Signatures into the Microsoft folder.

6. Open OUTLOOK, find the "Tools" - "Options" above

7. The "Options" dialog box pops up, click "Email Format" - find the signature and click next to it From the drop-down menu, select your signature and click OK.

8. Open a new email

Just enter a letter and the previously saved email address will appear
