Method 1:

This situation may be that the computer date and time are wrong, and the computer date and time must be right. If you find that the computer time is wrong, just click the time in the lower right corner and adjust the time to solve the problem.

Method 2 (If method 1 cannot be solved, use method 2):

1, the computer opens IE browser, and then click the Settings button in the upper right corner of IE browser.

2. Select "Internet Options (O)" from the drop-down list of settings.

3. Click Internet Options (O). In the pop-up Internet properties window page, you can see "Advanced" in the menu at the top of the page, and click Enter.

4. Removing the check box "√" before the two options of "Check whether the publisher's certificate has been revoked" and "Check whether the server's certificate has been revoked", and then closing and restarting IE browser can solve the problem that IE browser has no certificate signature content shielding.
