1. First open outlook, find the "New Mail" function on the Start tab in the upper right corner, and click Enter.
2. Create a new email, and then click the "Signature" function under the "Email" tab.
3. Go to the signature and stationery setting interface, and then click "New" in the email signature.
4. Then open the new signature interface and enter the name of the new signature according to the prompt.
5. After entering a name, click OK to create a new signature file, and then enter the signature you want in the Edit Signature box. You can choose fonts, add pictures and insert links.
6. In order to ensure that the contents of this signature can be automatically loaded when sending a new email or replying/forwarding an email, please select this new signature for both "New Email" and "Reply/Forwarding", and click OK after setting.
7. We can see that the new email signature is this new signature, and the automatic signature is set successfully.
