Theoretical Examination Outline

1. Exam types and subjects

1. The theory examination is divided into two categories: Category B and Category C. Each type of exam includes three subjects:

Practical Examination Outline

1. Exam types and subjects

Practical exams are divided into two categories: Category B and Category C.

The subjects of the practical examination are divided into fitter and electrician practice, locomotive comprehensive inspection, and locomotive driving. Each subject examination adopts a hundred-point system. Among them, the passing score for the fitter and electrician practical examination is 60 points; the passing score for the comprehensive locomotive inspection and locomotive driving is 80 points. 2. Exam time and method

3. Exam content and requirements

1. Practical practice of fitters and electricians

(1) Exam content

The driver and second-class driver should select the content from the professional knowledge of the corresponding aircraft model that the candidate applied for.

(2) Examination requirements

2. Comprehensive inspection of the locomotive

(1) Exam content

The candidates shall check the faults assumed in advance on the relevant parts of the locomotive within the specified time.

Inspection parts: the front and rear ends of the locomotive, the left and right sides of the running section, the bottom of the vehicle, the left and right sides of the machinery room, the front and rear driver's cabs, and the top of the vehicle; electrical appliances and brake operation tests.

Fourteen hypothetical faults are evenly arranged, among which there must be two each for electrical appliances and brake operation test hypotheses.

(2) Examination requirements

Strictly abide by the comprehensive inspection procedures for locomotives issued by the Ministry of Railways, and conduct inspection and oiling procedures according to the professional knowledge of the designated models. 1. Registration Notes

The National Railway Locomotive Driver Qualification Examination refers to candidates who meet the requirements of the Ministry of Railways' "Railway Locomotive and Self-wheeling Vehicle Driving" According to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Licensing of Railway Locomotive Drivers' Licenses" (Order No. 19 of the Ministry of Railways) and the "Measures for the Administration of Railway Locomotive Driving Licenses (Interim)" (Tieyun [2004] No. 57), you can register for the railway locomotive driver qualification examination and pass the examination at the examination center. 2. Precautions for the exam

(1). Theoretical test

Theoretical test is a closed-book written answer. The practical test is conducted by the candidates independently at the designated site and on the locomotive of the test station, and the test scorers record the scores on the spot (scores are not announced).

When taking the exam, candidates must enter the examination room to take the exam with the original valid admission ticket, original ID card, and original railway locomotive operating certificate. Those who do not have the above three documents are not allowed to enter the examination room to take the exam.

You are allowed to bring necessary pens, erasers and other answering supplies when entering the examination room. You are not allowed to bring various books, materials, papers, electronic storage devices, and various communication tools into the examination room. Any books, materials, papers, electronic storage devices, and various communication tools that have been brought must be handed over. They will be stored at the designated location in the examination room and taken away when leaving the examination room.

(2). Practical exam

Candidates must take the theoretical exam and pass it. Only after obtaining the theoretical pass slip can they sign up for the practical exam. Candidates should determine the aircraft type they apply for based on actual work needs and unit arrangements (in principle, they will choose the section where they will be driving based on the category they apply for).

Candidates who have passed the theory of diesel locomotives are not allowed to apply for the practical examination of electric locomotives, and candidates who have passed the theory of electric locomotives are not allowed to apply for the practical examination of diesel locomotives. Candidates can only apply for practical subjects of one category and one model at a time.

The order of locomotive driver practical examination subjects is: fitter and electrician practical work, locomotive comprehensive inspection, and locomotive driving. If you fail the previous subject examination, the examination of the remaining subjects will be terminated.

The driving test for shunting locomotives will not be organized separately.

Those who fail the practical exam can pay the exam fee again and apply to take the next practical exam. However, within the two-year validity period of the theoretical qualification certificate, each candidate is allowed to take a maximum of three practical exams.

In a practical test, only those who fail the motorcycle driving test are allowed to take a make-up test (without additional charge, completed within one month after the first motorcycle driving test). If you still fail the make-up test for motorcycle driving or fail to take the make-up test within the prescribed time, you will fail the practical test.

3. Examination Rules

1. Candidates should strictly abide by examination disciplines and take exams with integrity.

2. 20 minutes before the exam, candidates should enter the examination room with their admission ticket, valid ID, and railway locomotive driving certificate, sign the "Sign-in" column on the "Candidate Sign-in and Submission Form", sit in the designated seat, and Place the admission ticket, valid ID card, and railway locomotive operating certificate on the table. 5. Except for the prescribed supplies, no other supplies are allowed into the examination room. 2. Procedures and methods for handling violations of regulations and disciplines

2. The chief examiner at the examination center is responsible for handling candidates' violations of regulations and disciplines.
