Please use the certificate tool software to confirm whether the U shield password entered is correct. If it is not correct, please bring your valid ID card, personal online banking registration card and U shield to the designated outlet in the account opening area to reset the U shield password. Please contact local 95588 for information about outlets.

If you are prompted that you can't find the certificate or related tips when using the certificate tool software, it means that the U shield is not connected to the computer. Please pull out the U shield and plug it in again (it is recommended to plug in the USB interface on the motherboard instead of the front interface). If the indicator light on the key is always on, it means that the connection is good and you can operate it again. If it still does not light up, please follow the following steps:

(1) Reinstall the U shield driver of the corresponding brand.

(2) Check whether your system is fully patched. If not, please use the update function of WINDOWS to upgrade.

(3) If your system is 2000 or XP, please select "Services" under "Administrative Tools" in the control panel to check whether the smart card is enabled. If not, please enable it.
