2. Click the right mouse button on the circle, format the shape, select No Fill, select the line color as red and the line width as 4 points;

3. Select the WordArt under the Insert option, enter the stamp content, and then select "Transform" to "Follow Path" to "Circle" in the text effect of the drawing tool to adjust the text direction;
