How to sign an electronic document

Before using an electronic signature, you need to apply for an electronic signature. When applying, you can log in to the safe signature platform to apply for an electronic signature.

① Log in to the official website of Xinxinshuo, select enterprise registration, fill in the corresponding information to complete the registration.

②After registering an account, perform real-name authentication. The real-name authentication steps can be carried out according to the system prompts.

③After completing the real-name authentication, you can create the company’s electronic seal (electronic signature). The enterprise administrator adds a corporate seal in the enterprise console. Click the "Add Seal" button to set the seal.

(1) Method 1: Make online, enter the horizontal text of the seal (such as "Contract Seal"), and name the seal, and the system will generate an electronic seal combining the certified company name + horizontal text;

(2) Method 2: Upload the seal. Put the real corporate seal on the white paper. After taking the photo, remove the white background and upload the photo in PNG format with a transparent background.

After the electronic signature is created, you can proceed to electronic signature.
