Persons who apply for granting legal professional qualifications (hereinafter referred to as applicants) should log on to the official website of the Ministry of Justice or the government service platform of the Ministry of Justice from 8: 00 on June 13 to 24: 00 on October 20, 2022, choose their own acceptance place and fill in the relevant information for applying for granting legal professional qualifications, and automatically generate an application form for legal professional qualifications for the 20021national unified legal professional qualification examination.
Applicants can choose to apply for the legal professional qualification in the judicial administrative organ of the city or municipality directly under the central government where they are registered, registered, and live and work.
After completing the online application procedure, the applicant shall submit the application materials at the place designated by the accepting authority from February 16 to February 24, 2022. When submitting materials on site, the applicant should check the information provided online and sign the confirmation, and sign the Letter of Commitment on Informing Certification Matters. For areas with high epidemic incidence, the application materials shall be submitted according to the specific requirements of the local judicial administrative organs.
At the time of registration, an applicant whose household registration is at the place where the qualification for registration is relaxed, who applies for relaxing the policy and achieves the relaxation of the qualified score line, shall choose the municipal judicial administrative organ with the district where the household registration is located to apply for granting the legal professional qualification.
