Article 9 When contacting the masses, the people's police should use polite language, use civilized language, respect the customs and habits of the masses, do good deeds for the masses, observe public order in public places and pay attention to public health. Under no circumstances is drinking prohibited. You can't drink when you have a gun. Tenth leaders at all levels should follow the principle of shooting, abide by the provisions of police discipline, and regularly check and urge their own units to implement. Eleventh public security organs at all levels and every people's police should keep a good police appearance and discipline into the content of the target post responsibility system, and carefully carry out assessment and appraisal. Twelfth organs, units, institutes, teams and other grass-roots units set up two or three part-time police capacity supervisors. The supervisor's task is to organize police officers to learn the relevant provisions of police discipline, supervise, check and correct police discipline, register violations of police discipline, report to unit leaders, and conduct regular appraisal. Article 13 The Municipal Public Security Bureau and the County Public Security Bureau shall implement the system of people's police taking turns on duty and picketing, and send two or three people to patrol the streets and public places under the jurisdiction of the county and the public security bureau from time to time. Article 14 Personnel who perform picket tasks should first be alert to discipline, be exemplary in observing discipline, pay attention to methods and be serious and responsible. When performing the picket task, we should wear the armband of vigilance and discipline, adhere to the principle of giving priority to publicity and education, supplemented by criticism, treat others with sincerity and convince others with reason. Fifteenth people who do not obey the picket and have a bad attitude should be criticized and educated; If the circumstances are serious, you can detain the documents and bring them back to the picket service dispatch unit, order them to write and check, and ask their units to send people to collect them. Article 16 In case of serious violation of the Regulations on Police Capacity and Discipline, it is necessary to fill in the uniformly printed Tripartite Form for Correcting Breach of Contract, send one copy to the unit where the violator works, and keep the other copy by the unit where the picket works, and hand in the notice to the unit leader for signature and seal, and get the detention certificate from the picket unit.
