Article 3 The enterprise implements centralized management, and all departments and employees within the enterprise shall abide by this contract.
Article 4 Both parties to the contract are obliged to conscientiously implement the laws and regulations of the country, and within the scope of the laws and regulations, through joint efforts, continuously improve the economic benefits, management level and employees of the enterprise. treatment.
Article 5: Enterprises shall ensure that employee representatives exercise co-owner management rights in accordance with the law.
Enterprises and trade unions encourage employees to use their spare time to learn theory, law, management, culture, science, and technology, improve employee skills, and carry out healthy cultural and sports activities.
Enterprises and trade unions prohibit employees from engaging in behaviors and activities that are detrimental to the enterprise.
Article 6 Enterprises shall implement a labor contract system for all employees in accordance with relevant national regulations.
In the labor contract signed between the enterprise and its employees, the labor conditions and labor remuneration standards shall not be lower than those in this contract.
Article 7 The trade union, as the representative of all employees, has the obligation to guide employees to correctly handle the labor relationship with the enterprise, and has the obligation to educate employees to conscientiously perform the collective contract and labor contract, and abide by various regulations formulated by the enterprise in accordance with the law. systems and reform measures, strive to complete production and work tasks, and promote the development of enterprises.
Trade unions should mobilize employees to actively support enterprises in carrying out the construction of two civilizations, adhere to reform and opening up, develop production, reduce costs, improve quality and economic benefits, and educate employees and enterprises to build a community with a shared future.
Article 8 Enterprises should respect trade unions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in accordance with the law, allocate funds to the union on time, and when studying and formulating various measures involving the interests of employees, trade union representatives should participate and listen to the opinions of the trade union, Get union support.
The measures formulated by the enterprise shall not conflict with this contract.
Chapter 2 Establishment and Termination of Labor Relations
Article 1 Enterprises have the right to independently determine the time, conditions, methods and quantity of recruitment of workers based on the needs of production and operation. Recruitment work adheres to the principles of gender equality and two-way selection of the best.
Article 2 The enterprise shall sign labor contracts with its employees respectively to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. Trade unions should help and guide employees to sign labor contracts in accordance with the law.
The trade union has the right to supervise the implementation of the labor contract by the enterprise, provide written replies to the enterprise regarding violations of the labor contract, and entrust the trade union to publish it within an appropriate scope.
Article 3 An enterprise has the right to deal with disciplinary employees in accordance with laws, regulations and the rules and regulations formulated by the enterprise in accordance with the law, but it must seek the opinions of the trade union in advance. If the trade union deems it inappropriate, it has the right to recommend that the enterprise re-examine the handling.
The enterprise shall implement a trade union countersigning system for decisions and documents regarding the handling of disciplinary violations and the termination of employee labor contracts.
Article 4 If an enterprise terminates a labor contract in accordance with Articles 26 and 27 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, it shall provide compensation in accordance with relevant national regulations.
Article 5 An enterprise shall establish a labor dispute mediation committee, and the director of the labor dispute mediation committee shall be the chairman of the enterprise's labor union.
The mediation of labor disputes should be based on the principles of legality, fairness and timely handling, and the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and employees should be protected in accordance with the law. The mediation results shall be issued in writing.
Article 6 During the labor contract, if the enterprise is merged, merged, bankrupt, auctioned, or the employee retires, retires, or dies, the labor relationship will be automatically terminated.
Chapter 3 Labor Remuneration
Article 1 Enterprises insist on distribution according to work, insist on combining personal income with personal labor results and economic benefits of the unit, and appropriately increase income through strict assessment Block times.
Article 2 Enterprises implement various forms of wage distribution based on job skills wages.
Article 3 When an enterprise deducts the amount of penalties from wages and remuneration that should be paid to employees in accordance with laws and regulations, it shall be based on the premise of ensuring the minimum living standards of employees.
In case of violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the enterprise must return the excessive deductions and fines and bear compensation liability to the employees based on the amount of the excessive deductions and fines**.

Chapter 4 Working Hours, Rest and Vacation

Enterprises have the responsibility to continuously improve production management and strictly control extended working hours. Article 4: Employees must obey arrangements under the following circumstances:

Article 5 Holidays and public days implemented by the enterprise;

Chapter 5 Labor Safety and Health
Article 1 Enterprises must establish and improve labor safety and health systems, strictly implement the standards of national labor safety and health regulations, and provide labor safety and health education to employees , prevent accidents during labor and reduce occupational hazards.
Article 2 Enterprises should continuously improve working conditions and attach great importance to the safety of their main products. We should conscientiously do a good job in labor protection. Labor safety and health facilities must comply with national standards. Labor safety and health facilities in new construction, reconstruction, expansion, and equipment introduction projects must be designed, constructed, and put into production and use at the same time as the main project.
Article 3 Enterprises must provide employees with labor that meets national regulations Safe and hygienic conditions and necessary labor protection and supplies.
Employees engaged in occupational hazard operations should undergo regular health examinations and receive health care allowances.
Article 4 Employees engaged in special operations must undergo special training and obtain special operation qualifications, and hold a certificate to work.
Article 5 Enterprises must issue labor protection supplies on time. Employees must conscientiously implement safe and civilized production during the labor process, strictly abide by safe operating procedures, use labor protection supplies correctly, and wear prescribed labor protection supplies for unsafe employees. The enterprise has the right to refuse employment or order them to be laid off. The enterprise has the right to investigate and punish employees who violate operating procedures. Employees have the right to refuse to comply with corporate management personnel's illegal instructions or forced risky operations, and they have the right to criticize, report and accuse behavior that endangers life safety and health. The trade union has the right to put forward opinions and conduct supervision and inspection.
Chapter 6 Special Protection for Female Employees and Underage Workers
Article 1 Enterprises should fully consider their own characteristics and recruit some female employees according to work needs.
Article 2 Enterprises shall not dismiss female workers or unilaterally terminate labor contracts on the grounds of marriage, pregnancy, maternity leave, childbirth, etc.
