Interim Measures for the Registration of Medical Practitioners
Article 11 After obtaining the qualification of medical practitioners, assistant medical practitioners who continue to practice in medical, preventive and health care institutions shall apply for the registration of medical practitioners in accordance with Article 6 of these Measures.
in addition to the materials specified in the first paragraph of Article 7 of these Measures, the applicant shall also submit the original Doctor's Practice Certificate. The competent registration department shall, when handling the practice registration procedures, withdraw the original "Doctor's Practice Certificate" and issue a new "Doctor's Practice Certificate".
Article 12 The Practitioner's Certificate shall be properly kept and shall not be lent, leased, mortgaged, transferred, altered or damaged. In case of damage or loss, the parties concerned shall promptly apply to the original issuing department for replacement or replacement. The damaged Doctor's Practice Certificate shall be returned to the original issuing department. If the Doctor's Practice Certificate is lost, the original holder shall make an announcement in the local designated newspapers and periodicals within 15 days.
