Requirements for issuing hot certificates:
1. To apply for a hot work permit, you need to go to the security office, bring a copy of the business license of the unit stamped with the red seal, a copy of the ID card of the operator stamped with the red seal and a valid special operation certificate, and fill in the hot work application form;
2. The security department is responsible for the teacher to verify the authenticity and validity of the documents provided by the hot work personnel;
3. After verification, the hot work shall be signed by the foreman (including foreman) or above of the construction unit;
4. The hot card is issued by the competent teacher of the security office, and the matters needing attention are explained. The hot card stub is classified and filed.
The materials required for handling the hot work approval certificate are as follows:
1, construction contract or construction agreement;
2. Hot work safety plan (stamped with red seal);
3, the construction unit of public security, fire prevention, technical safety target responsibility;
4, special operation certificate.
Processing flow of hot work permit:
1. Application: The construction unit downloads the Application for Fire Control Permit at the construction site and fills it in truthfully;
2. Examination and approval: the construction unit shall submit an application form for hot work to the competent unit, which shall be signed and sealed by the project leader of the competent unit;
3. Handling: The hot work personnel shall go to the fire department with the hot work permit, a copy of ID card and a copy of special work permit.
To sum up, the hot work permit refers to the permit issued by the relevant departments when hot work is carried out on the construction site. The hot work permit shall be handled by the project leader of the unit where the hot work is located. Safety measures shall be put forward by the unit where hot work is conducted, and the construction unit shall be responsible for implementation, and the production unit shall make arrangements for safety measures.

Smoking and the use of naked flames are prohibited in places where there is danger of fire and explosion. If it is necessary to carry out open flame operation due to special circumstances such as construction, it shall go through the examination and approval procedures in advance in accordance with the regulations and take corresponding fire safety measures; Operators shall abide by fire safety regulations. Personnel engaged in electric welding, gas welding and other operations with fire hazards and operators of automatic fire control systems must hold relevant certificates and abide by fire safety operation procedures.
