You are talking about bookmarks, so you don’t have to turn pages when you read them next time, right?
1. Select the item you want to assign a bookmark to, or click the location where you want to insert the bookmark.
2. Click the "Bookmark" command in the "Insert" menu.
3. Under "Bookmark", type or select the bookmark.
4. The bookmark name must start with a letter and can contain numbers but no spaces. You can use underscore characters to separate text, for example, "Title_1".
Click the "Add" button.
2. Display bookmarks
1. Click the "Options" command in the "Tools" menu, and then click the "View" tab.
2. Select the "Bookmark" checkbox.
If you have assigned a bookmark to an item, the bookmark will appear as brackets ([…]) (the brackets will only appear on the screen and will not be printed). If a bookmark is specified for a location, the bookmark appears as an I-shaped marker.
3. Delete bookmarks
1. Click the "Bookmark" command in the "Insert" menu.
2. Click the bookmark you want to delete, and then click the "Delete" button.
Notes To delete a bookmark along with the bookmarked item (such as a block of text or other element), select the item and press Delete
