It is recommended to clear the data and re-flash the system firmware to recover.

1. Log in to Meizu's official website - Flyme, click "Download" at the top of the page, select your corresponding model and firmware version, and click the "Download" button.

Select your corresponding model.

2. After the download is completed, connect the mobile phone to the computer through a data cable.

After the connection is successful, the "Connected as a media device" prompt will appear on the drop-down notification bar of the phone; at this time, double-click "Computer" on the computer, and "PRO 5" will also appear under "Portable Devices". In the same way, the corresponding display will appear on the corresponding model.

3. Right-click on the computer and send the update.zip/update.bin file to "PRO 5" (for the same reason, the corresponding display will appear on the corresponding model).

4. There are two operation methods for this step

Method 1 (applicable to mobile phones running Flyme 3 and above firmware):

Enter the mobile phone desktop "Document", find the update.zip/update.bin file, click "update.zip/update.bin", the phone will automatically enter the upgrade interface.

Users who downgrade, mutually flash YunOS version firmware and Android version firmware, have ROOT or installed security software, and users who have patched Android signature vulnerabilities, please be sure to clear data when upgrading, otherwise you may not be able to Power on. Clearing data will cause the loss of personal data such as contacts. User data includes: contacts, text messages, applications and other mobile phone contents except storage disk data. Please be sure to back up and synchronize.

Method 2 (applicable to all firmwares):

After turning off the phone, first press and hold the "Volume Button" without letting go, then press and hold the "Power Button" until the phone vibrates and then release. Press two buttons and the system will enter the upgrade interface. Check "System Update", click the "Start" button, and then wait quietly for the flashing to complete.

5. After entering the desktop, check whether the upgrade is successful. There are two methods

Method 1 (applicable to Flyme 3.7.1 and later firmware):

After entering the system, click the "System Upgrade" icon to enter to view the current version number. If it is the same as the version number of the downloaded firmware, the upgrade is successful.

Method 2 (applicable to all firmware):

After entering the system, click the "Settings" icon on the desktop to enter and then click "About Phone" to view the current version number. If it is related to the download If the version numbers of the firmware are the same, the upgrade is successful.
