1. First, find a PDF document that needs to be signed on the computer desktop, and double-click it to open it.

2. You can also use other software to open PDF files.

3. After opening the PDF file, find the PDF signature option in the toolbar and click it.

4. Click to enter the signature interface, enter your name and click OK.

5. Then choose to draw a signature, or you can check the password protection in front, set the password, and then click Save.

6. Then move the signature to the desired location.
