1. Open the Tik Tok APP and click the "+"button in the middle below to enter the shooting interface.

2. At the top of the shooting interface, select the "Music" option, and choose a music you like or suitable for tongue twisters from Tik Tok's music library.

3. Then click the "Special Effects" button in the lower right corner and choose an interesting special effect, such as "Magic Cross Dressing" and "Back in Time".

4. Then click the "Subtitle" button at the bottom of the screen and enter your tongue twister.

Finally, click the "Start" button at the top of the screen to start recording your Tik Tok tongue twister.

6. After recording, you can edit the video in the preview interface and add elements such as filters and music. Then click the "Publish" button in the lower right corner to share your Tik Tok tongue twister to the Tik Tok platform.

Note: Tik Tok has certain regulations and requirements on content, and the released video must conform to the content specification of Tik Tok, otherwise it may be deleted or banned.
