From the evidence point of view, the copy can be tampered with technically, so the proof effect of simple reconsideration is very low. Unless the other party approves the copy, it is necessary to provide other relevant evidence to support and form a chain of evidence. The copy can be used as the final evidence and has high probative effect. It is difficult to get court support only by copying a lawsuit.
Article 69 of "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Evidence in Civil Proceedings" stipulates that "copies and reproductions that cannot be checked with originals and originals cannot be used as the basis for determining the facts of a case alone." Article 70 "If one party submits the original documentary evidence or copies, photos, duplicates or excerpts consistent with the original documentary evidence as evidence, and the other party raises an objection, and there is no evidence to the contrary sufficient to refute it, the people's court shall confirm its probative force."
