Dear parents and children, good evening!
Due to the epidemic, we changed our teaching from offline to online. For a period of time, we will see each other in the cloud every day. I believe that the haze will soon pass and we will be together on campus again.
Regarding online courses, we focus on three aspects.
1. Epidemic
Regarding epidemic prevention, carefully read the documents issued by the school and strictly abide by the regulations. Children must take their temperature three times a day and fill in the temperature form carefully. If you have symptoms such as fever, report it to your class teacher as soon as possible.
2. Control of electronic products
Online classes will officially start tomorrow. Parents must give their children a DingTalk number for class. It is best to use a computer for class, and use the parent’s mobile phone or computer to send the class in the evening. Work to DingTalk. (Benefits: No interference from information, easy to study calmly, and helpful for controlling children’s mobile phones.) Children should have videos on during the entire class. This is helpful for teachers and parents to supervise, and also helps to count the time children spend in class.
3. Class requirements
Work and rest time: 7:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon. The monitor on duty takes roll call at 7:20 every morning. The study squad leader reminds the squad leader on duty every day. The specific work and rest schedule has been posted to the parent group.
During class, you must turn on the video, mute the sound, listen carefully, and cannot talk. The teacher can ask questions at any time. Unmute when answering questions. Answer questions with a loud and clear voice. If you don’t know, report to the teacher in time. If you don’t say anything, it will be treated as a violation. Listen to the lecture.
During class, the monitor and monitor on duty are responsible for discipline. Any bad discipline in each class is recorded at any time. At 5:25 pm every day, the squad monitor is responsible for summarizing the classroom discipline and learning status of the day. Including the following aspects:
1. Students who do not answer questions in time.
2. Being late or not arriving for class. (Representatives of each subject are responsible for taking roll call and checking the number of students in this class. For subjects with many class representatives, several class representatives will discuss who will be responsible for roll call.)
3. Online video duration statistics.
4. For feedback on homework in each subject, the class representative will contact the teacher in time every day to inquire about the status of the homework.
5. Summarize the good people and good deeds in the class and the existing problems. Finally, the monitor on duty sends a summary of the situation to the parent group every day, so that parents can monitor their children's learning and classroom performance.
Although offline has been changed to online, I hope that students will be full of energy every day, have a regular schedule, exercise well, love reading and learning, listen attentively in class and do homework carefully as in school, April During the midterm exam around the 26th, students will be able to submit satisfactory answer sheets to their parents. Let’s work hard together!
I look forward to the warmth of spring, the blooming of flowers, the dissipation of smog, and the end of the epidemic soon! Let’s get back to campus as soon as possible!
This concludes today’s meeting, thank you all! goodbye!
