(5) If the insured dies and no beneficiary is designated, the power of attorney signed by the legal heir, the relationship certificate between all beneficiaries and the insured and the identity certificate shall be provided. The first heirs are the parents, children and spouses of the insured; The second successors are the grandparents, brothers and sisters of the insured.
