3. Proof of family income:
(1) is the lowest living security family for urban residents, with low security;
(2) If the family belongs to a low-income family and has a work unit, the applicant shall provide proof of income for the first 6 months (salary income includes basic salary, various subsidies or other income), which shall be provided by the unit; If there is no work unit (including freelancers), provide the unemployment certificate or unemployment and actual income certificate issued by the neighborhood Committee and sub-district office, and I will issue an income report;
4. Family housing certificate:
(1) If you own your own house, you should issue a real estate license, a house purchase contract or go through the examination and approval procedures for construction application;
(2) if the public housing is leased, the lease certificate and contract shall be issued;
(three) the office space or dormitory of the residential unit, and the certificate issued by the unit;
(4) renting private houses, married children living with their parents or relatives without housing, and self-built unlicensed houses, which shall be certified by the neighborhood committees;
5. Identification certificates of all family members; Household registration book; Copy of marriage certificate or divorce certificate (divorce agreement);
6. For the elderly, severely disabled people, seriously ill patients and other families in urgent need of assistance, it is necessary to provide certificates issued by relevant departments at or above the district (county) or hospitals at or above the municipal level, or an appraisal report issued by the housing safety appraisal department that is classified as C and D dangerous houses.
A family applying for low-rent housing Shiwupeizu (hereinafter referred to as Shiwupeizu) shall be headed by the applicant. If the head of the household does not have full capacity for civil conduct, the applicant family shall recommend family members with full capacity for civil conduct as applicants.
If the applicant is not the head of the household, a written power of attorney signed by other family members with full capacity for civil conduct shall be issued.

Article 25
Urban low-income families with housing difficulties may not lend, sublet or change the use of rented low-rent housing. Urban low-income families with housing difficulties who violate the provisions of the preceding paragraph or have one of the following acts shall return low-rent housing in accordance with the contract:
(a) did not live in low-cost rental housing for more than 6 months without justifiable reasons;
(2) Failing to pay the low-rent housing rent for more than 6 months without justifiable reasons.
