It shall apply to the registration authority where the business premises are located for registration. The applicant shall submit an application for registration, identity certificate and proof of business premises.

The process of handling the express business license is to approve the company name: fill in the Application Form for Pre-approval of Enterprise Name (printed on both sides of the application form). After the name is approved, the second step is to write an application form for the registration of the designated representative or authorized agent.

Legal basis:

Article 7 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be issued by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters. Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.

"Measures for the Administration of Express Business License" Article 11 To apply for express business license, the following materials shall be submitted to the postal administration department as stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 53 of the Postal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC):

(1) An application for the express delivery business license;

(2) Pre-approval materials of enterprise name or business license of enterprise legal person;

(3) A description of the conditions stipulated in Articles 7 to 10 of these Measures;

(4) Other materials as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
