2. Blocked

This format is similar to full-headed, except that some contents are not written from the blank. The salutation at the end, the signature at the end of the letter, the writer's name and title are all written from the middle. Dates can start from the middle or be aligned to the right.

3. Semi-blocked

This format is similar to the parallel format. The difference is that each paragraph of the semi-flush type is indented by five or ten English letters; The closing salutation, the signature at the end of the letter, the writer's name and title are written from the middle.

 Dear Mr. Smith:

Thank you for replying so promptly to our enquiry for lightweight extinguishers and also

for your offer to arrange a demonstration.

Our general manager and our office manager will both be able to meet Mr Burton at any

time during th e morning or afternoon of Friday, November 1th. It would be helpful if Mr

Burton would write or phone to say what time we may expect him.

 Yours faithfully,

IV. Square-blocked

This format is also similar to full-blocked. It's different. Yes, its date is aligned to the right and on the same line as the recipient's address. This format is flat and square, with a beautiful appearance.

V. Simplified

There are several main differences between the simplified tense and the full-synchronized tense: First, the simplified tense has no salutation and ending, and the recipient's name must appear somewhere in the letter. Secondly, the reason and the writer's name must be capitalized. Finally, the list should be indented by five English letters. If there is a serial number, there is no need to indent it.

Indentation formula shrinks

several characters at the beginning of each paragraph, which is the space in Chinese.

the last salutation, signature at the end of the letter, the writer's name and

the title are written from the middle.
