In order to promote family harmony, maintain family harmony and prevent family disputes, Chen Zhenyun and Chen Zhenhua are located at No. 24 Yuanwan and No. 37 Shishanbao New Street in the east of Shishanbao Village Group. Regarding the issue of distribution and ownership, the following agreement has been reached and must be abided by:

2. No. 37 Shishanbao New Street is the current residence of Chen Zhenhua, and its land use registration is Chen Zhenhua. Any future changes to the house will have nothing to do with Chen Huitai and his wife Chen Zhenyun.

3. The house to which this agreement belongs has been agreed upon by Chen Zhenyun and his wife, Chen Zhenhua and his wife, that the house No. 24 Yuanwan in the east of a group of Shishanbao Village is used and lived in by Chen Zhenyun, and its ownership belongs to Chen Zhenyun and has nothing to do with Chen Zhenhua; The house at No. 37 Shishanbaoxin Street is used and lived in by Chen Zhenhua, and its ownership belongs to Chen Zhenhua and has nothing to do with Chen Zhenyun.

4. Chen Zhenyun and Chen Zhenhua’s parents no longer have any financial resources, nor are they able to pay off the debts of either party. Their respective debts must be paid by themselves and have nothing to do with the other party or their parents.

5. This agreement is made in triplicate, with one copy held by the witness. It shall be established from the date of signature by the three parties.
