Whether the excavated foundation trench (foundation pit) meets the requirements of geological exploration report and design is an important link related to engineering safety and must be paid attention to. Trough inspection personnel include: representatives of the construction unit, survey unit, design unit or project leader, director, quality and technology leader of the construction unit, construction project department leader, technology leader, etc. , and fill in the special inspection records of the base groove for long-term preservation.
The main contents of trench inspection include: the location of foundation pit, plane size, bearing layer inspection, absolute and relative elevation of basement, basement flatness and drainage measures, basement soil quality, undisturbed soil disturbance, foundation treatment, groundwater level and slope gradient, slope soil properties, and stacking load along foundation trench (foundation pit). According to the survey control points (plane control piles and leveling points) and the planning red line in the general plan, check the setting-out put by the construction unit to ensure accuracy. And fill in the "Application Form for Engineering Inspection" (A4).
Before deep foundation pit excavation, professional teams should monitor the supporting structure and surrounding environment (roads, sidewalks, houses and buildings, etc.). ). Regularly observe the displacement and settlement, and report the results to the supervision unit.
Before the excavation of deep foundation pit, the quality of supporting structure must be tested, and the excavation can only be carried out after it is qualified.
Check whether the mechanical properties of earthwork excavation are suitable for this project, and whether the mechanic holds relevant certificates.
If blasting technology is used for excavation, the construction party and the owner shall be urged to report to the competent government department, and the blasting scheme shall be reviewed for rationality, and A4 form shall be filled in.
In the process of foundation pit (groove) excavation, often patrol the site, pay attention to the following questions:
Whether there is displacement of shaft pile, gantry plate or horizontal pile; Whether the foundation pit slope meets the design requirements;
Whether the height, location, scope and height of building materials of the pile soil near the pit meet the requirements;
Soil wall and pit bottom seepage;
Surface water and rainwater scour the slope, and whether the drainage ditch around the slope works normally;
Whether there are cracks on the surrounding ground;
There is no local landslide;
Abnormal soil, local soft soil, ancient tombs, ancient wells and local obstacles;
Construction safety (digging holes in the lower layer, working under excavators, etc.). );
Guardrails or obvious signs should be set around the foundation pit excavation to prevent people and cars from falling into the foundation pit, and red light warning should be set at night;
Do a good job in surveying the excavation project and record the soil type and boundary (elevation and range).
Protection of Foundation Pit and Buildings in Foundation Pit
For the project of driving (or drilling) piles before excavation, the protection measures of engineering piles must be clearly defined in the construction plan before excavation, and professionals should be arranged to monitor the displacement, inclination and pile integrity of engineering piles during excavation.
For the deep foundation pit that may be exposed for a long time, the design unit should evaluate the weathering speed of bedrock (soil) layer, the possibility of foundation pit collapse or basement uplift, and take corresponding protective measures (such as spraying concrete and laying protective layer).
Inspection of foundation soil
After the excavation of foundation pit (groove) is completed and cleaned, before the foundation construction, organize relevant units to check the groove. After the inspection, it is confirmed to be qualified, and the relevant person in charge signs for confirmation, and fills in the Project Inspection Application Form (A4). The contents of slot inspection are as follows:
Whether the size (length, width and depth) and slope of the foundation pit are consistent with the design drawings, and the quality standards are shown in the attached table;
Stratification of the soil layer on the foundation pit wall, especially whether the basement soil layer is consistent with the geological report and design drawings, whether groundwater is exposed, and whether drainage measures should be added;
Whether the soil quality of the important parts of the superstructure (that is, the parts with high stress or sensitive settlement) meets the design requirements (for raft foundation);
Check the effect of foundation treatment (or only local);
Pile head treatment;
What is the seepage situation of underground foundation pit and pit bottom, and whether the drainage facilities are working normally.
