You can't see it if you delete it. However, you can visit his Tencent Weibo, and the QQ signature is synchronized with Tencent Weibo. If QQ signature is deleted, Tencent Weibo will not be deleted. Go and see his Weibo, or read the message board.

Check the personal qq signature record as follows:
