(1) The school family planning commission will arrange a special person (at least two people, one in charge of XXX and the other in charge of accounts) to collect the data fee. After receiving the relevant information fee, you must issue the corresponding receipt to the payer in time and be responsible for answering the relevant questions of the payer. No perfunctory work is allowed.

(2) Students of relevant grades can write by themselves after they have no objection to the publicity, or they can confirm the details of the fees uniformly formulated by the Family Committee in the notification book, and after signing to confirm that they have no objection to this fee, submit it to the School Family Committee for the record.
