Shell is great. Don't electronic protocols only need verification code signature?
Sign it. According to the provisions of Article 22 of the Electronic Signature Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), when using electronic signatures to generate data messages, it shall comply with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations. It is a common practice to confirm the signing of an electronic contract by means of verification code in the shell-like electronic agreement. However, the verification code is not the final electronic signature, but only as an auxiliary means to confirm identity. When signing an electronic contract, you also need to use an electronic signature that meets the legal requirements. According to national laws, electronic contracts should be signed by electronic signature according to law. In order to ensure the effectiveness of electronic contracts, some additional measures are generally needed, such as verification code, SMS verification, face recognition and so on.
