1. The physical evidence appraisal center of the Ministry of Public Security, Beijing Xinsheng Lihua Paternity Appraisal Center, Beijing Blood Center and other units usually accept the entrustment of public security organs, notary offices, law firms and other departments to do paternity testing, and Beijing Zhongtian Kang Hua Paternity Appraisal Center (privately entrusted paternity testing can choose to be anonymous or send DNA samples for testing).
2. The parties to the judicial authentication shall provide the original valid certificates such as ID card (passport), birth certificate and marriage certificate, which shall be copied and filed by the staff of the authentication unit after being verified, and the original shall be returned to the parties immediately.
3. The parties personally fill in the "Application for Paternity Identification", including the basic information of the parties and the reasons for the application. If the child is young and can't write, it can be filled in by the parents, and then confirmed by the child's fingerprint.
4. The paternity test unit takes photos of the parties and files them, and the photos taken together will be used for the paternity test report.
5. Collect blood samples from all sides, and each person takes 2-3 ml of blood; After the blood collection is completed, the signature of the blood collector is required, and the blood collector will confirm it according to the fingerprint; The parties concerned pay the paternity test fee. (Samples can be blood stains, oral mucosa and hair, etc. )
6. After the paternity test unit collects the blood samples of the parties concerned, it generally makes a paternity test report audited and appraised by experts within 3 weeks, and then sends it to the entrusting unit or the client, and the experts are responsible for explaining the appraisal results.
