Submit the original residence booklet and ID card and submit a copy. You only need to copy the address page and personal data page of the household registration book. Please use your ID card (front and back) to copy on a piece of A4 paper. Don't cut it. Holders of collective accounts shall submit the original and photocopy of the registration form for permanent residents. 3./kloc-Applicants under the age of 0/6 shall submit the applicant's household registration book, the agent's ID card and the household registration book, and submit a copy. If you are not in the same household registration book, you must also submit a birth certificate. 4. Other precautions: (1) If the household registration is still in the process of migration (including foreign migration and urban migration), it should be handled after settlement, and the passport should be handled with the household registration book. Accounts from other provinces who have moved into our city for less than one year need to be checked with the original accounts, and the working days during the check period are not counted. (2) If the ID card is lost or expired, and it is too late to apply for a new ID card, it shall be applied by temporary id card. (3) For holders of expired passports, the originals and photocopies (photocopied photo pages, valid pages and valid visa pages) shall be submitted at the time of application, and the cut-off part shall be returned to the applicant together with the new passport after verification. (4) If you lose your expired passport, you need to publish a notice of loss reporting in Xinhua Daily or Nanjing Daily, and apply for loss reporting with your ID card and newspaper three working days after your passport expires.
