Application steps for rural cooperatives

Second: Customized seal engraving by the Public Security Bureau, submit materials: copy of the cooperative's legal person business license, copy of the legal representative's ID card, copy of the handler's ID card .

Third: The Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision applies for the organization code certificate and submits the following materials:

1. The original and a copy of the cooperative's legal person business license;

2. An original and a copy of the ID card of the cooperative's legal representative and handler;

3. If entrusted by others to handle the matter, a written certificate of entrustment issued by the entrusting unit must be held. Charge content: 108 yuan/certificate, production fee: 10 yuan per original, 8 yuan per copy; technical service fee 90 yuan.

Fourth: Apply for a tax registration certificate from the national and local tax bureaus and submit materials:
