Article 7 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between Party A and Party B during the performance of this contract, it shall first be resolved through negotiation between the two parties. If negotiations fail, either party may apply for labor arbitration or file a lawsuit in the People's Court in accordance with the law.

3. Payment method:

1. The project payment is based on the principle of first payment and later payment.

2. Party A will pay the remaining amount in one lump sum within three months after the completion of the project based on the amount of work actually completed in the month.

4. Rewards and penalties:

1. This project implements a quality deposit system. If the construction quality of Party B fails to meet the contract requirements, the quality deposit of 10,000 yuan will be confiscated. Party A has the right to withdraw from Party B.

5. Safe and civilized production:

Any accidents that occur during construction will be the responsibility of the responsible party.

6. Others:
