1. Application form. Fill in the application form carefully in English or Italian (Chinese Pinyin is accepted). If the applicant is a citizen of China, please sign it in Chinese. Please attach a two-inch color recent photo to the application form.

2. passport. A valid passport, valid for at least 9 days after the expiration of the visa, with the passport holder's Chinese signature and a copy of the passport basic information page (with photo page). If the applicant holds an expired passport or passport of the same type (whether expired or not), please show it when applying for a visa.

Second, the registration certificate

4. The university registration certificate should include:

the types of courses to be studied;

language of instruction;

indicate whether the course includes Italian training;

commencement date and course duration;

the whole course needs tuition.

if the school provides accommodation and insurance, please indicate the detailed address and telephone number of the accommodation in the registration certificate and submit a copy of the insurance policy, which must cover the whole period of stay in Italy.

iii. proof of course payment

please provide a receipt for tuition payment.
