If it is a paper consent form, it cannot be modified unless it is rewritten with a new one; If it is a signature in a word document, you can refer to the following methods to modify it.

Open word first;

The modified signature is the same as the account name at the top right. We just need to change the account name and click Replace Photo in the drop-down menu.

Enter relevant login information in the pop-up webpage to log in;

In your personal account, click the Edit Name button next to your avatar;

Enter a good name, either in Chinese or English. It is recommended that aliases protect privacy. Then click Save;

Then click on the personal account in the upper right corner of word, log off and log in again to modify the signature.
