How to write a personal certificate
Personal certificates can be written like this:

1. Employment certificate in duplicate, one in Chinese and one in English. The Chinese version is the official language version stamped with the official seal of the company. For the convenience of the consular staff of the embassy, the Chinese version is accompanied by an English translation version.

2. The contents of the employment certificate need to include: company name, my position and income, travel time, position of the person in charge, signature, telephone and fax numbers, company business license/enterprise organization code certificate number, and it needs to indicate that the guarantee applicant will return to China on schedule.

3. On-the-job certificate needs to be printed on the company's stationery and stamped with the company's red seal, which can be the department seal of the personnel department or the official seal of the unit. If there is no company stationery or handwritten certificate, a copy of the company's business license should be attached.

4. The employment certificate must be held for more than 6 months. If it is less than 6 months, it is necessary to supplement the on-the-job certificate of the previous post for more than 6 months, and the term of office should be within 3 months.

If it is a group visa, the applicants of the same company should type it on the same stationery in the form of a list, and everyone should provide the original guarantee.

6. If the applicant is the person in charge, it needs the signature of other responsible persons, and my signature is invalid.

7. If you can't provide "proof of employment", please provide four blank company stationery and affix the company's red seal.
