7. House maintenance and repair

8. Subletting

9. Termination of Contract
1. This contract can be terminated by consensus between Party A and Party B.

10. Force Majeure
1. 3. Service commission payment time: One-time payment when Party A signs the house rental contract with the lessee introduced by Party B. The rent shall be based on the actual price of the house rental contract.
4. Party B does not charge any fees for customers who are introduced by Party B and shown to be able to complete the transaction.
5. During the entrustment period, if Party A directly or indirectly concludes a transaction with a client introduced by Party B (or its agent, relative, friend, colleague, etc.) through whatever channels, it will be regarded as Party B’s intermediary After the transaction is concluded, Party A shall still pay the intermediary service commission to Party B as agreed in this paragraph and pay the intermediary service commission to Party B.
6. During the entrustment period, if Party A brokers the transaction on its own or through the introduction of others, Party A must still pay the intermediary service commission to Party B as agreed in this paragraph. Under the same conditions, Party A should first complete the transaction with the customer introduced by Party B.
7. Within 6 months after the expiration of this agreement, Party A will directly or indirectly conclude transactions with customers introduced by Party B (or their agents, relatives, friends, colleagues, etc.) through whatever channels. Party A shall still pay the intermediary service commission to Party B as agreed in paragraph 1 of this article.
8. If Party A introduces the lessee (or its agent, relative, friend, colleague, etc.) to a written lease contract through Party B, and if the transaction cannot proceed due to Party A’s responsibility, Party A still shall The intermediary service commission shall be paid to Party B as stipulated in these Terms.
6. Compensation
1. If Party A violates this contract and causes losses to Party B, Party B has the right to demand compensation from Party A.
2. If Party B seriously violates the provisions of this Agreement and relevant legal provisions, it shall refund the commission and agency fees collected to Party A. If Party A suffers heavy losses due to Party B's fault, Party A may seek compensation from Party B.
3. If Party A pays the intermediary service commission overdue, it shall pay a penalty of two ten thousandths per day for overdue payment.
4. If this agreement cannot be performed due to force majeure, the agreement will be terminated and both parties will not be liable to each other.
7. Agreement comes into effect
This agreement is in two copies, with Party A and Party B each holding one copy. It will take effect after being signed or sealed by both parties.
8. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute occurs during the performance of this agreement and negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the arbitration committee for arbitration.
