The steps of making file labels with wps characters are as follows: (demonstrate the use of WIN 10 system, and the operation of other Windows versions is basically the same)

1è Open "wps Text", insert the downloaded file logo into the wps text page, and adjust it to a suitable size.

2. Click Insert → Text Box → Select a horizontal text box or a vertical text box as required, and then draw the outline of the file label on the wps text page.
