Pre-hazard analysis:

(1) Improper extraction of phosphorus slag leads to splash and spontaneous combustion of phosphorus slag.

(2) The phosphorus slag pool is short of water, resulting in spontaneous combustion and pollution of phosphorus slag.

(3) Cracks appear in the phosphorus slag pool, leading to leakage.
