1. Online banking modification: you can set the transaction password through the online banking password management page. If it is an online payment password, you can log in to online banking with SMS password or certificate authentication. In the online payment management menu under customer service, click Modify in the online payment field, and then select Reset Credit Card Online Payment Password in the maintenance page.
2. Telephone modification: Call the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the credit card, select the set transaction password menu, and set your transaction password according to the voice prompts. Your new password takes effect immediately.
3. Counter modification: You can bring your ID card, credit card and other related documents to any branch of the bank for modification.
